María Campos-Magdaleno

PhD in Developmental Psychology, University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) in 2017 with the PhD thesis dissertation “Evaluation of memory and verbal learning in Mild Cognitive Impairment”, and Master Degree in Psychogerontology in 2012 from the same University. She is Assistant professor at USC’s Department of Developmental and Educational Psychology and researcher in several project of the CompAs study. She has clinical expertise in counseling and affective and cognitive therapies in normal aging and persons with Mild Cognitive Impairment and dementia, and she develops programs for active ageing in community. She published over 10 peer-reviewed papers and participated at numerous conferences and journals in the domain of cognitive ageing. Her research interests focus on the longitudinal study of Normal aging, Mild Cognitive Impairment, Subjective Cognitive Complaints and Cognitive Frailty.
